It is a massive and hard job, but if it is not done properly, the whole project sometimes can be scraped. Before anything a producer needs to know what amount of funds would be needed for his project. The producer must have something to plan his future work. It can be from a book, newspapers, another film, or an original idea, it doesn`t matter.
